Our 90-Night "Love It or Don't Pay for It" Guarantee
Try Complete Night Cramp Formula for a full 90 nights. If you are not happy with it for any reason, we will refund you in full - and you keep the jar. There is nothing to mail back, and no return shipping to pay.

How to request a refund
Send one email to support@nocterarelief.com and tell us you would like a refund. Include your order number, or the name the order was placed under. That is all we need. You do not have to explain yourself, fill out a form, or call anyone. We answer 7 days a week and usually reply within one business day.

When you will get your money back
Once your request is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post it to your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, email us at support@nocterarelief.com and we will follow up on it for you.

Do I have to send the jar back?
No. Under the 90-night guarantee you keep the jar, opened or not. Please do not ship anything back to us unless we specifically ask you to.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away at support@nocterarelief.com if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Changing or cancelling an order
Email support@nocterarelief.com as soon as you can. Orders leave our US warehouse within 1-2 business days, so we can often catch an order before it ships.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
