Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. All orders leave our own US warehouse.

Shipping cost
Shipping is FREE on all US orders of $29.99 or more. On orders below $29.99 there is a flat $5 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

How soon your order ships
We pack and dispatch orders from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Once it is on its way, typical delivery time is 3-5 days.

Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number. It can take 24-48 hours before the carrier's tracking page starts showing movement, so please do not worry if it looks quiet at first.

If your order seems delayed
If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you still have no tracking movement, email support@nocterarelief.com with your order number and we will track it down for you.

Wrong address or a missing parcel
If you typed the wrong address, email us right away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, please check with your household and your neighbours first, then contact us and we will help.
